the successful execution of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will
possess extensive experience in electrical engineering, demonstrating a strong
ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary
teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design
and develop electrical systems and components for various engineering
projects.
- Lead
and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion,
ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct
detailed analyses and simulations to validate electrical designs and
performance.
- Collaborate
with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into
larger projects.
- Prepare
and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and
project plans.
- Provide
technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure
compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety
protocols.
- Participate
in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to
provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A
minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus
on project management.
- Proficiency
in electrical design software and simulation tools.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under
pressure.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge
of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Professional
Engineering registration or eligibility for registration is preferred.
