We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our
dynamic team in Gladstone, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position is
crucial for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems
and components that meet our clients’ needs. The successful candidate will play
a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our engineering
projects, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Design
and develop electrical systems and components for various projects.
- Conduct
feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with
mechanical and software components.
- Prepare
technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and project
plans.
- Troubleshoot
and resolve electrical issues during the design and implementation phases.
- Ensure
compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide
technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Participate
in project meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A
minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a
similar industry.
- Proficient
in using electrical design software and tools.
- Strong
understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability
to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal.
