About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support our Army customer in the testing and characterization of radio frequency (RF) Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-magnetic theory, RF modeling and simulation, and experience with tactical radios, networks, data analysis, and data collection. A graduate degree in engineering or a related field is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the testing and characterization of RF Engineering for our Army customer.">
• Design and test antennas and participate in anechoic chamber testing.">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement RF models and simulations.">
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including tactical radios and networks.">
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for improving RF performance and reducing errors.">
• Maintain accurate records of testing and characterization results.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.">
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in RF Engineering, antenna design, and testing.">
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory, RF modeling and simulation, and data analysis.">
• Experience working with tactical radios, networks, and data collection tools.">
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.">
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.">
• A valid S-clearance.">
