Senior RF Engineer - Policy and Strategy
We are seeking a seasoned RF engineer to join our team and lead our Electromagnetic Spectrum Enterprise Policy & Programs work stream. This critical program focuses on developing innovative solutions to complex spectrum challenges, leveraging the engineer's expertise in RF engineering, policy development, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and support to senior government leaders and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement policy and strategy documents.
• Provide technical guidance and support to senior government leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address spectrum challenges.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to complex spectrum-related problems.
Requirements:
• 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in policy, regulation, or strategy related to spectrum management.
• Proficiency with the interworking of regulation/policy for technology development.
• Recognized ability to apply RF engineering in developing negotiation strategies.
• Knowledge of mid-band Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) spectrum sharing regulations.
• Demonstrated systems engineering skills across Department of Defense programs.
• Ability to lead small or medium-sized teams to deliver customer products.
• Hold a DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
