Highly skilled electromechanical troubleshooting and testing engineer sought by Griffin Global Systems, Inc. to join our team in a challenging mid-senior level role.
Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing test procedures for electromechanical products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute test plans to validate product performance and reliability
• Analyze data from various sources, including LabVIEW, Python, and MATLAB scripts, to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electromechanical products
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, such as MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G, and DO-160
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2+ years of experience in electromechanical troubleshooting or testing
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB
• Familiarity with ethernet and/or CAN communication protocols
• Experience working with common test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience conducting testing per MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G, and DO-160 standards
• Familiarity with EMI and environmental testing
