About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Pune. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands‑on electrical design for projects in residential, commercial, mixed‑use, aviation, hospitality, and large infrastructure sectors.

  • Lead a team of engineers to achieve project outcomes.

  • Prepare and review detailed calculations to validate design intent.

  • Develop and review technical specifications, schedules, and design reports.

  • Keep leadership informed of key service/design decisions and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.

  • Drive adoption of technologies to improve performance and sustainability, supporting net‑zero targets.

  • Ensure projects are delivered to high standards, within deadlines and budget.

  • Represent the team at client, site, and external design meetings.

  • Produce and review reports, presentations, models, and drawings with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Plan and manage input to Revit for design documentation.

  • Actively engage in cross‑discipline collaboration and knowledge‑sharing events.

  • Mentor junior engineers, with potential progression into line management responsibilities.

  • Autonomously represent the team to clients, architects, and collaborators.

Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in building services design engineering.

  • Broad design knowledge from concept to tender stages, with strong understanding of Indian codes.

  • Expertise in ELV, fire alarm, low‑voltage systems, and BMS systems.

  • Strong knowledge of HT/LT power distribution networks.

  • Experience with transformer, DG, UPS selection, product approval, factory/site acceptance tests.

  • Domain expertise in relevant codes and standards.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to adopt and lead use of new analysis tools.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
