About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Engineer with expertise in ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) and FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) design and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, experience with hardware description languages, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology in semiconductor design.

Key Responsibilities
• ASIC/FPGA Design and Development: Lead the design, implementation, and verification of ASIC and FPGA-based systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Digital Circuit Design: Develop and optimize digital circuits, including RTL (Register Transfer Level) coding and synthesis.
• Verification and Validation: Create and execute comprehensive test plans to verify functionality, performance, and reliability of designs using simulation and hardware testing.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and system engineers, to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ASIC and FPGA technologies, tools, and methodologies, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications
• Education: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ASIC and FPGA design and development.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex hardware design projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in hardware description languages such as VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
• Experience with digital design tools and methodologies, including synthesis, place and route, and timing analysis.
