We are a leading consulting engineering firm providing innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across the power, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and renewable energy sectors in Namibia. We seek to appoint a highly motivated and professionally registered Electrical Engineer to strengthen our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of electrical engineering projects.
- Prepare feasibility studies, technical reports, specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
- Perform power system studies, load assessments, and electrical designs for LV and MV networks.
- Manage projects from inception through commissioning and handover.
- Conduct site inspections, quality assurance reviews, and construction supervision.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, utility providers, and regulatory authorities.
- Mentor graduate engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Namibian standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BEng/BSc Eng) in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.)
- Minimum 5–10 years' relevant post-graduate experience in consulting engineering, power systems, building services, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and engineering analysis tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
