Principal Analog Design Engineer

Role
• Lead the design and validation of complex analog and mixed-signal IP blocks (e.g., PLLs, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, bandgaps, amplifiers)
• Define circuit architecture, performance specifications, and design methodologies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Perform detailed schematic capture, simulation, layout guidance, and post-layout verification
• Conduct silicon evaluation, debug, and support characterization through lab testing and bench measurements
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design
• Proven expertise in designing and validating sigma-delta (ΔΣ) data converters or modulators
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard tools for schematic capture, simulation, and layout verification (e.g., Cadence, Spectre, Virtuoso, MATLAB)
• Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, noise analysis, and analog signal processing
