YOUR TASKS

• Design & develop automotive body electronic hardware modules;
  设计研发车身电子硬件模块；
• Design & work out electronic circuit/layout PCB with development tools Cadence;
  使用开发工具Cadence设计电路图，设计PCB；
• Analyses, simulate and optimize electronic circuit according to existing HW circuit;
  根据既有的硬件电路分析、仿真和优化电路；
• Create HW related documents per hardware development process (like BOM, circuit  diagram,   WCCPA, FMEA)；
  根据硬件开发流程，在不同的阶段撰写相应的硬件文档（例如：BOM，电路图，WCCPA，FMEA）;
• Support acquisitions for technical discussions;
  对项目报价提供技术支持；
• Regular exchange with other hardware development centers to support a global organizational structure;
  与全球组织架构中的其他研发中心维持日常交流；
• Customer visit for promote the Body products and clarify the technical stuffs;
  客户拜访推广车身电子产品，澄清技术细节；
• Other job assigned by Department Manager;
  部门经理安排的其他工作；

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Good understand and experienced with hardware development process;
   能够很好的理解硬件开发流程，具有一定的相关经验；
• Strong background & knowledge on electronic engineering, basic automotive background is needed, standalone working sprit from beginning requirements to end customer return analysis (whole products life cycle);
  在电子工程领域具有坚实的知识，具有基本的汽车行业知识，能够独立完成整个产品周期中从制定要求到分析客户反馈的工作；
• Master to use HW development tools (such as Cadence, MathCAD, ANSYS,CST oscillograph);
  熟悉硬件开发工具的使用（比如Cadence，MathCAD ，ANSYS,CST， 示波器）；
• Master to design BTLE/NFC/UWB HW radio frequency products and know how
  熟悉开发BTLE/NFC/UWB等射频类硬件产品和知识能力
  Antenna design and matching
  天线设计与匹配
  CST antenna matching simulation
  CST 天线匹配仿真
  CST antenna design incl. radiation pattern
  CST 天线设计（含辐射方向图）
  Basic knowledge in BLE
  低功耗蓝牙（BLE）基础知识
  Basic knowledge in UWB
  超宽带（UWB）基础知识
  Automotive HW design & development tasks
  汽车硬件设计与开发任务
  Worst case analysis / tolerances and COP
  最坏情况分析 / 容差与产品一致性要求
  HW tests using equipment as Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Signal Generators
  使用频谱分析仪、矢量网络分析仪（VNA）、信号发生器等设备进行硬件测试
  LOW NOISE schematic design
  低噪声原理图设计
  basic knowledge in ESD protection on PCB-A
  印刷电路板组件（PCB-A）的静电放电（ESD）防护基础知识
  Soldering and sample build
  焊接与样品制作
  Specialized HIGH FREQUENCY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY know how
  专业高频信息技术知识
  Basic knowledge in RADAR technology
  雷达技术基础知识
  Norms for homologation
  认证相关规范
• Bachelor or above degree, majored in electronic engineering or related;
  本科及以上，毕业于电子工程相关专业；
• Be familiar with HW module testing standards (automotive level related);
  熟悉硬件模块的测试标准（汽车级相关标准）；
• Be familiar with EMC testing standards (automotive level related), be able to fix the EMC issue;
  熟悉EMC测试标准（汽车级相关标准）并能解决产品EMC问题；
• Good communication skill, capability to coordinate development activities of each location;
  具有良好的沟通技巧，能够在开发工作上对每个团队进行协调；
• Fluent in English in writing and speaking;
  英语流利；
