- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
- Conduct testing and validation of hardware designs to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during the development and production phases.
- Document design processes and create detailed hardware specifications for manufacturing.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of hardware development processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for circuit design.
- Experience with testing and validation of hardware components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
