We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Electrical Engineer / Practical Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering & NPI Department. The role focuses on product industrialization, manufacturability, production support, electrical harness design, and development of production testing solutions for multidisciplinary systems.

  • Lead electrical engineering activities related to product development, with focus on transition from development to production (NPI).
  • Design and maintain electrical harnesses, wiring solutions; assemblies wiring layouts, with strong focus on DFX.
  • Define and implement production standards, electrical work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Review engineering designs and ensure compatibility with manufacturing and assembly capabilities.
  • Develop electrical jigs, fixtures, and testing tools to support production, integration, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Support production lines with hands-on electrical troubleshooting, failure analysis, and ECO implementation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify alternative/substitute electrical components according to engineering and supply-chain requirements.
  • Define production methods, quality procedures, and inspection criteria for electrical assemblies and harnesses.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to support manufacturing, integration, and quality improvement activities.

The Role Includes:

  • Electrical harness and interconnect design.
  • Development of production electrical jigs and test interfaces.
  • BOM creation, maintenance, and ECO management.
  • Production engineering support for electrical systems and assemblies.
  • Close collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Work in a dynamic and diverse environment, both with R&D and Production departments.
  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Practical Electrical Engineer – mandatory.
  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing or NPI engineering.
  • Experience in harness/cable design, electrical assemblies, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of DFX principles, manufacturability, and production processes.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical debugging, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience developing electrical test jigs, fixtures, or production test equipment – advantage.
  • Experience with BOM management, ECO processes, and component substitution.
  • Familiarity with cable manufacturing, wiring standards, and electrical integration processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system drawings.
  • Experience working with subcontractors and production suppliers.
  • Knowledge in RF systems, power supplies, and electronic integration – advantage.
  • Familiarity with OrCAD, Visio, and electrical documentation tools.
  • Experience with ATE/testing infrastructure – advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player with high sense of ownership and accountability.
