About the position
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience while assisting our engineering team. This internship is designed for students currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, providing an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Your role will include participating in continuous improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing data, researching solutions to project concerns, and recommending effective solutions to problems. You will also assist with ad hoc projects as assigned, ensuring that you understand the department's needs and seek clarification when necessary. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve working with AutoCAD to compose engineering documents related to design and layouts, taking measurements, and creating designs that adhere to safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting any food safety issues to the appropriate personnel, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED;

• Currently attending an accredited institution pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in using AutoCAD.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
