Electrical Engineer (Entry Level)
80K to 110K Base + Quarterly Bonus + Great Benefits + Matching 7% 401K
Summary:
We are looking for Electronics/Electrical component and circuit experience as well as power experience. Not so much controls knowledge but more concentration in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship, nationality, and/or permanent resident status required to comply with export/import laws
• Provides electrical/electronic engineering support for the Morgantown melting facility
• Involves design, testing, commissioning, maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Supports capital projects and maintenance efforts
Essential Functions:
• Provide electrical/electronic technical support for industrial melting facility
• Engineer, design, install, commission, and test new equipment/upgrades
• Recommend and oversee equipment modifications for improved performance
• Lead/participate in process, equipment, and maintenance improvements
• Assist with troubleshooting during unplanned downtime
• Guide technicians in troubleshooting power supplies, drives, furnace components
• Use meters, oscilloscopes, analyzers to diagnose systems
• Issue reports on performance, projects, training, maintenance
• Pursue professional growth through seminars, literature
• Communicate goals, problems, policies effectively
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations
• Maintain high ethical standards
• Support weekend/holiday assignments as needed
• Able to travel occasionally (typically <10%)

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required)
• Minimum 2 years experience with industrial electronics or machine control systems (PLC, HMI)
• Experience with industrial power supplies, drives, motors, and controls
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical component controls
• Proficient with test equipment (meters, oscilloscopes, analyzers)
• Desired: PLC Ladder Logic, C/C++, C#, C.net programming
• Desired: Knowledge of mechanical systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.)
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Supervisory experience a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
