Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in building services to join a dynamic engineering team in Cape Town. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of a variety of building projects while further developing your technical expertise within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the design and development of electrical building services systems
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and engineering documentation
Support project teams with calculations, layouts, and design coordination
Participate in site inspections and project meetings when required
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project execution
Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering
3–5 years of experience within the building services sector
Knowledge of electrical building systems and engineering principles
Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
