SUMMARY
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective electrical designs for a worldwide company at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for air containment, contamination control, and controlled environments in Biddeford or Saco, ME. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective electrical designs.
- Improve existing products through engineering enhancements and design updates.
- Support product development from concept through production.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and technical support teams.
- Assist with hands-on wiring, electrical assembly, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Support certification efforts with UL, CSA, ETL, or other third-party organizations.
- Contribute to embedded programming, firmware, PCB, or board-level circuit design projects as applicable.
- Work with mechanical components and sheet metal assemblies to ensure integrated product solutions.
- Contribute to innovative products used in scientific, healthcare, laboratory, and controlled environment applications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
- Experience designing electrical and electronic systems for commercial or industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard electrical test equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
