The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership capability, mentoring junior engineers while driving engineering excellence across surface and underground mining operations.

• BSc or BEng in Electrical Engineering
• ECSA Candidate Registration
• 8–10 years' relevant mining electrical engineering experience
• Strong background in power systems and protection engineering
• Experience in surface and underground mining environments
• Knowledge of electrical reticulation systems
• Strong technical problem-solving ability
• Leadership and mentoring capability
• Professional approach with strong integrity and teamwork values
