Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and deliver cutting-edge renewable energy solutions, including solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and hybrid power systems. Duties & Responsibilities

• Designing electrical systems for renewable energy projects
• Preparing engineering calculations, drawings and technical documentation
• Performing system sizing and equipment selection
• Supporting commissioning and project implementation
• Conducting technical investigations and solving engineering challenges
• Collaborating with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring compliance with applicable electrical standards and regulations
• Supporting projects from design through successful delivery

Experience & Qualification

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or BTech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registration as a Professional Enginner (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of electrical engineering experience.
  • Experience in renewable energy projects such as solar PV, battery storage, microgrids, or hybrid power systems.
  • Proven experience creating Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and system-level electrical designs. 
  • Experience developing project Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Demonstrated client-facing project experience.
  • Experience supporting project installations and commissioning activities is advantageous.
