The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in both hands-on laboratory environments and collaborative team settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer design-in activities by assisting with technical inquiries, product recommendations, and application analysis
  • Contribute to the design and development of magnetic components, including inductors and transformers, under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Perform simulations, modeling, and basic analysis to evaluate magnetic performance and power conversion behavior
  • Conduct laboratory testing, data collection, and validation of prototypes and pre-production samples
  • Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and internal engineering summaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Manufacturing Engineering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Fundamental understanding of power electronics and magnetics (preferred)
  • Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and within a team
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance is required
