Position Overview

The Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, performing troubleshooting, and validating both software and hardware components of electronic systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of circuit design and assembly. We're a communications equipment manufacturer with locations in over 20 countries around the world.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute test plans for software and hardware validation
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting of circuit boards and systems
• Perform wiring and assembly of circuit boards
• Validate software applications to ensure functionality and reliability
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve product quality and reliability
• Document testing processes and results, providing feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and wiring
• Strong knowledge of software and hardware validation processes
• Experience in circuit board design and assembly
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
