Support manufacturing test operations and test engineering at Lockheed Martin, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule goals are met.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:
• Providing day-to-day operations test support to test technicians on the manufacturing test floor to assure quality, cost, and schedule goals are met.
• Providing Test Engineering support for test development, integration, FAT, ESS, CCA troubleshooting, and verification.
• Supporting investigations and communicating results for design, test, and process-related CCA or cable issues as required.
• Analyzing defect data to develop trends to aid in the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
• Supporting development of test procedures and test support equipment drawings to support product test.
• Supporting integration and debug of test equipment and assets.

About You:

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with relevant coursework or experience in RF and communication systems.
• Experience with hands-on projects or labs involving RF and communication-related components, or equivalent professional experience.
• Completion of coursework or training demonstrating a strong understanding of RF concepts, calculations, and principles.
• Ability to navigate a factory environment, including climbing stairs and walking long distances.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching, such as setting up equipment, probing circuit cards, and troubleshooting automated test equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent movement and manual dexterity.
• Strong educational background in RF, radar, and communication systems, with advanced coursework in these areas (desired).
• Knowledge of AC and power circuits, with coursework or training in circuit theory and design (desired).
• Experience with software development tools such as LabVIEW, or similar programming languages, focusing on test automation, data acquisition, and measurement systems (desired).
• No security clearance required.
