Job Title: Substation Engineer II

Bowman is seeking a highly skilled Substation Engineer II to join our team remotely in the US. As a Substation Engineer II, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting high-voltage electrical substation systems for utility and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
• Contribute technical expertise to multidisciplinary engineering teams in the planning and design of substation projects.
• Serve as a resource to junior engineers and drafters, providing mentorship and quality assurance support.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to advance the firm's substation engineering capabilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in substation design or utility power systems preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.
