You'll be engaged in the entire sensor development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. You will be applying your expertise in analog and digital circuit design to design sensing modules and evaluate coexistence, electrical performance and product integration.

BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Leadership experience managing engineers and multi-functional teams.
Proven ability to present sophisticated technical topics clearly and concisely, influencing decisions and securing consensus from senior leadership.
Strong EE analog fundamentals with demonstrated experience in all phases of circuit design and development.
Experience deep diving into complex technical challenges, identifying root cause hypothesis and solutions in a multi-functional and constrained environment.
Experience creating engineering design, requirement, and specification documents.
5+ years of lead or management experience.
Experience with development process from early architecture through mass production.
Experience with sensing or biometric system development.
Cadence experience a plus.
Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscope, meters, etc.) and circuit simulation (SPICE).
Proficiency in MATLAB and Python scripting tools.
Experience with statistical analysis of production data (JMP, Tableau).
Experience in FEA, simulation, and modeling tools (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell).
