**Overview:** Bowman is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in Towson, MD. As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing complex electrical systems, leading project teams, and ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our clients. **Responsibilities:**
• Leadership and Direction:
+ Receive broad guidance and direction on highly complex assignments
+ Independently apply extensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices
+ Review work produced by staff for quality assurance
• At the Operational and Company Level:
+ Actively market the firm's capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients
+ Serve as a mentor, resource, and trainer for Design Engineers and less experienced Project Engineers
+ Represent project team in client communications and resolutions
• Do the Work:
+ Design of complex electrical systems in accordance with current code requirements and sound engineering principles
+ Take responsibility for more complex tasks and/or designs within project assignments
+ Resolve complex design issues with clients
+ Oversee designs through project construction/completion
+ Communicate effectively with engineers, project managers, and clients
+ Conduct field observations visits to accurately document the existing field conditions
+ Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to complete the design in a sequential efficient manner
+ Complete electrical calculations and design layouts
+ Attend coordination and design meetings, as needed

• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Ten or more (10+) years of industry-related experience, in design of commercial, government, academic, R&D, multi-family, industrial and similar projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT software, SKM software tools, and/or Lighting Design software
• EIT and LEED accreditation strongly preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred

• Range $125,000 - $150,000
