As the Dallas area Electrical Engineering team expands, we are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead infrastructure projects while guiding and developing our growing team of junior engineers.

 

In this role you will be designing electrical and automation systems for municipal water and wastewater plants across North Texas while serving as a vital technical mentor. If you want to make a hands-on impact across the full project lifecycle alongside a collaborative team of electrical professionals, your next big challenge starts here.

Responsibilities

This role supports municipal water and related infrastructure projects, including storm drainage systems, lighting, and transportation, and requires the ability to:

  • Independently define and develop approaches for electrical design projects, applying experience to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Bring experience with municipal water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, pipeline distribution, and collection systems.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet Quiddity’s quality standards and client requirements.
  • Lead technical meetings and coordinate across disciplines.
  • Communicate regularly with project engineers and managers while supporting client and stakeholder communications.
  • Mentor and develop early-career engineers.
