Senior Electrical Engineer

Pay Range: $80/hr - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Execute electrical circuit design team project tasks
• Generate Bill-of-Materials (BOMs) for Printed Board Assemblies (PBAs)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems uncovered by circuit card tests
• Prepare investigation and test results to document findings

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics [Required]
• 12+ years working with circuit design integration and test experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or Resident Alien Green Card) for export compliance
• Experience with DOORS NG ELM, electrical analysis, and EMI filter design
• Proficiency in MentorGraphics DxDesigner, LT spice, Simulink, MATLAB, PSIM, or equivalent circuit design tools
• Analog circuit design experience and familiarity with standard lab equipment
• High-power power electronics design for inverters
• Knowledge of aircraft/aerospace test standards, such as DO-160
