Key Accountabilities 

• Provide technical leadership and deliver high-quality electrical engineering solutions that meet client requirements, project objectives, and industry standards. 
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in electrical design systems, methodologies, and engineering practices. 
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery. 
• Manage engineering budgets, resources, schedules, and workloads to achieve project targets for quality, cost, and delivery. 
• Lead and review electrical design activities, including studies, reports, specifications, cost estimates, and design documentation. 
• Support tendering, estimating, and project execution activities through the provision of technical expertise and engineering guidance. 
• Conduct design reviews to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with Australian and international standards, and alignment with Sedgman requirements. 
• Contribute to quality management initiatives and the ongoing improvement of engineering processes, standards, and systems.

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) accreditation (as per local requirements).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering design, consultancy or operational environment. 
• Proven experience working on mineral processing projects.
• Strong technical design capability and ability to lead and review engineering work.
