We are seeking a highly experienced RF/Analog Hardware Engineer to design and develop high-frequency, low-noise circuits supporting advanced signal generation and analysis systems. This role is focused on new product design, not sustaining, and requires strong system-level thinking.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 + years in RF and analog circuit design
- Knowledge of circuit theory, transmission line theory, and high-speed signal design
- Experience designing for high RF output power applications
- BS/MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent applicable experience
- Experience working with frequencies above 10 GHz, ideally up to 70+ GHz
- Background in low-noise design, signal integrity, and phase noise/harmonics optimization
- Strong experience with Keysight ADS, LTSpice, Mentor, and EMPro
- Must have system-level design experience, not narrow function-specific roles
- Hands-on experience in using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc. to validate analog designs
- Digital design or embedded system integrators will not be considered
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Synthesizer or output section design experience - Prior work with GaN technology - Experience designing for signal fidelity and precision in a tester environment
