Job Title: Display Electrical Engineer (AR Wearables)
Location: Redmond, WA 98052 (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 04 Month extension possible based on needs and performance
Minimum Salary: $85.00 Per Hourly
Maximum Salary: $90.00 Per Hourly
Fully Onsite - 5 days per week in Office in Redmond
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of electrical design experience in display module, electro-optical, or related engineering field.
• Experience in display electrical subsystem design, testing, and system integration
• Experience with electrical lab equipment for testing and validation.
• Experience with PCB (Rigid, Flex, Rigid-Flex) design including schematic capture, layout, and DFM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive progress with internal and external partners and teams.
• Display or camera related systems
Good to have skills:
• Experience in delivering high-volume consumer products.
• Experience designing testers for assembly IQC/OQC.
• Knowledge of various high-speed display electrical interface standards including MIPI and eDP protocol design/testing/implementation
• Knowledge of electrical signal integrity, simulations, display or system power delivery, and display electrical test system development
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or other scripting languages
• Experience designing displays for AR
Summary:

• As a Display Electrical Engineer, you will be a member of our Reality Labs AR display engineering organization, involved with display module electrical design along with validation and verification.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact and interface to product development and other cross-functional teams, working together to develop cutting-edge technologies and designs that enhance our hardware platforms.
• As part of a forward-thinking team focused on AR wearable products, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology ecosystem.
Required Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Design of PCBAs from concept to release to fab.
• Perform display bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting of components
• Design and implementation of hardware testers and test plans.
