Quality electronics Engineer

IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market. We are seeking for an experienced Quality Electrical Engineer in India.

IRP Systems is an Israeli deep-tech company at the forefront of electric vehicle (EV) power electronics. We design and manufacture advanced semiconductor-based power conversion systems — our proprietary In-Reactor Processing (IRP) technology enables ultra-efficient, compact, and scalable charging and conversion solutions for the EV industry. • Build Manage, monitor, and implement Suppliers' quality plans and quality performance.
• Visit and audit suppliers' sites for questionnaires, FAI, and any managerial concerns.
• Preform Supplier quality procedure, CAPA, SCAR & 8D, and quality reports.
• Lead the EMS quality activities to meet IRP requirements.
• Manage Local RMA activities.
• Strive and provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Lead and follow EMS production processes to assure high-quality results.

• Basic knowledge about working knowledge of MCU, ECU, BCM, Motor etc.
• Knowledge about electronics components working & Functions
• Knowledge about testers & its functions like ICT, FCT, EOL etc.
• Hands on experience about electronics schematic review & understanding
• Hands on experience about electronics PCBA failure analysis/debug 
• Additional apart from SMT, IPC, box-build process
• Hands on experience about electronics components IQC & requalification process 
• Personal skills: self-motivated, high level of analytical skills, ability to multitask, work under pressure and self-learning skills.
• Proficient in English.
