- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering works.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, inspection, or quality assurance of power, hydropower, dam, pumped storage, or large infrastructure projects.
- Experience in Owner's Engineer, Engineer's Representative, Construction Supervision Consultant, or EPC projects is preferred.
- Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical power systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, generators, motors, and auxiliary systems.
- Familiarity with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), IEC, IEEE, and other international standards.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and commissioning processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and engineering reporting tools.
- Conduct daily inspections of electrical installation works.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Inspect cable trays, conduits, power cables, grounding systems, switchgear, transformers, and auxiliary electrical systems.
- Identify non-conforming works and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure contractor compliance with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and project standards
- Witness electrical testing and commissioning activities.
- Review inspection and test records submitted by contractors.
- Verify insulation resistance, continuity, grounding, and functional test results.
- Monitor implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure quality requirements are met before acceptance of works.
- Monitor progress of electrical construction activities.
- Maintain daily inspection records and site logs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Record issues affecting schedule, quality, and safety.
- Assist the Electrical Lead in tracking contractor performance.
- Monitor compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Identify unsafe electrical work practices and hazardous conditions.
- Verify implementation of approved safety procedures.
- Participate in toolbox meetings and safety inspections.
- Report incidents, near misses, and safety violations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and RFIs.
- Participate in coordination and progress meetings.
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, punch lists, and as-built documentation.
- Support resolution of electrical construction issues and interface matters.
