We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Program Manager to join Hardware Engineering’s Operations team and take ownership of high-impact initiatives in our resource management efforts, especially focused on labor and work spaces. Our mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE’s business and operational outcomes. That means building systems that scale, optimizing processes, and using data to drive the right decisions. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of business operations and workforce strategy, using complex data to guide how the organization plans for labor, space, and growth. Your work will ensure the organization can scale efficiently while improving how teams operate and perform.\\n

Translate business demand into actionable planning decisions by partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.\\nOwn the development and execution of integrated workplace, labor, and real estate strategies that align staffing trends, geographic priorities, and business growth.\\nOwn and scale the processes, tools, systems, and data models that enable effective labor and space planning.\\nLead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, driving alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.\\nBuild and own complex datasets, forecasting models, and scenario planning to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform workforce strategy.\\nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to define and prioritize labor tooling roadmaps and requirements.\\nDevelop executive-level briefings and dashboards that turn business signals into clear recommendations and decision frameworks for senior leadership.

8+ years of program management experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.\\nProven experience driving multiple, complex programs with measurable business impact.\\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership.\\nDrives clarity in ambiguous, complex environments by rapidly synthesizing information, aligning stakeholders, and resolving conflicts to maintain momentum across cross-functional initiatives.\\nStrong background in analytics and data-driven problem-solving, with a history of leveraging datasets, metrics, and models to inform strategic decisions.\\nDemonstrated ability to structure and present executive-level materials that clarify priorities, surface risks, and frame recommendations to enable timely decision-making.\\nBachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of program management experience, including 2+ years in Labor Planning, Workplace Planning, or Business Intelligence.\\nExperience operating in engineering environments, with an understanding of technical dependencies, development lifecycles, and cross-functional execution teams, translating technical requirements into effective resourcing, workplace strategy, and operational plans for hardware programs.\\nExtensive expertise in analytics and data-driven strategy, with a proven track record of translating complex, multi-source datasets into actionable insights that drive high-impact business decisions.\\nProficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools for analysis and reporting.\\nDemonstrated experience working with senior or executive stakeholders\\nMaster’s degree, or equivalent experience.
