Job Title: Principal or Sr. Principal Antenna Test Software Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal or Sr. Principal Antenna Test Software Engineer to join our Mission Systems Sector Test Engineering organization.
About the Role
This is an instrumental position that requires leading-edge technical expertise in software development, architecture, and leadership.
• Test software architecture and development related to phased array testing
• Test software architecture and development for automating test processes and data analysis
• Lead test software development teams across multiple software projects
• Define software requirements based on product test requirements
• Develop test plans and lead software integration efforts
• Support production test and lead troubleshooting efforts
• Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements

Basic Qualifications
Principal Antenna Test Software Engineer:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline with 5 Years of relevant experience; 3 Years with Masters
• Professional software development experience using languages such as C++, Python, MATLAB, etc.
• Professional software architecture experience
• Professional leadership experience leading software teams through software development projects
• Experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc.
• Current, active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
• U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
• Software development experience with RF and antenna systems
• Test software development experience in a nearfield antenna range
• RF test experience and/or antenna test/range experience
• Familiarity with RF and antenna theory
The salary range for this position is $102,400 - $153,600 per year, plus eligible bonus and benefits.
