Location: Goleta, CA

Compensation: $140K - $200K DOE

Requirement: 10+ years of CMOS IC Design, Analog Design, Readout Integrated Circuit (ROIC), Image Sensors

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal ASIC Design Engineer specializing in Analog Design to lead the development of cutting-edge ASIC solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing complex analog circuits and will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of analog circuits for ASICs, including ADCs, PLLs, and ROICs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the design process.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Drive the characterization and validation of analog components to meet performance requirements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ASIC design with a focus on analog design.
• Proficient in CMOS IC design principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ADC, PLL, ROIC, and image sensor design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation.
