We're looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to join a cutting-edge R&D team developing next-gen microgrid technology that keeps the lights on, EVs charged, and data flowing.

What You’ll Do

Own full system intregration. Design and run a state-of-the-art test environment for advanced converters (>10kW), automate testing processes, analyze performance, and support certification efforts, all while working with real-world deployments, not just lab benches.

What You Bring:
• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (required)
• 5-10 years of relevant experience testing power electronics equipment, including test cell development, automation and implementation, and conducting tests
• Strong knowledge of power electronics systems working principles, including AC/DC, DC/AC, DC/DC, AC/AC conversion and grid-connected converters
• Knowledge of advanced power topologies including resonant and soft-switching topologies
• Experience with high power converter testing (>10kW, 1000Vdc, 600Vac)
