Position Summary:

We are seeking two skilled Electrical Engineers to support the development of next-generation control systems for robotic and system controller applications within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role involves PCB development, power supply design, cable design, and hands-on prototyping and debugging.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop PCBs for system and robot controllers.
• Perform SPICE modeling and analysis for DC-DC power supply circuits.
• Interpret component datasheets and make informed component selections.
• Design and specify custom cable assemblies for electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain Engineering Design Specifications and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve complex field and manufacturing challenges.
• Participate in technical design reviews and provide detailed input.
• Support hands-on prototyping and testing activities in lab environments.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent use of engineering processes, standards, and systems.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in SPICE modeling and/or equivalent circuit analysis tools.
• Experience designing digital circuits with microcontrollers and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, Serial).
• Hands-on experience with DC-DC power supply circuit design.
• Strong knowledge of component selection and interpreting datasheets.
• Experience with cable design for electronic systems.
• Proficient with standard lab equipment and comfortable prototyping/debugging in lab settings.
• Familiar with Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Effective verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools is preferred.
