We are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineering Manager (M3) to lead a team of managers and engineers in a dynamic and growing environment onsite in Rolling Meadows, IL, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering.
The successful candidate will support the assembly, alignment, and test of Electro-optical Sensors and Systems feeding the IRCM product lines. Manufacturing engineers and their leaders thrive in an environment of daily unique challenges and close proximity to products. Partnering with production, the organization leads troubleshooting and ensures excellence in hardware and software. What You’ll Get To Do:
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of their team, building engagement, encouraging career development, and fostering a team environment where everyone can contribute. This team will also be responsible for developing needed processes, equipment, software, and test stations supporting production and depot environments both on and off the Rolling Meadows campus for this critical area. In addition, this position will support the development of proposals, capacity analyses, and forecasting of capital equipment and depot expansion projects. A critical aspect of this position will be the ability to work across functional lines, collaborating with all departments to ensure successful outcomes. Primary Level Salary Range: $184,300.00 - $276,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
