The opportunity:
The Hub APMEA Graduate Trainee Program aims to develop a strong pipeline of young talent within the Hub, ensuring readiness to meet the evolving needs of the business while fostering diversity and inclusion. Through a structured 12-month training program, trainees will gain comprehensive exposure to key functions, hands-on experience, and professional development opportunities. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and mindset required to seamlessly transition into the workforce and contribute effectively to organizational success.
How youβll make an impact:
You will participate in a 12-month rotational program across Hitachi Energy's various businesses and functions, including an optional overseas assignment.
You will engage in job assignments and project work every 3 to 6 months to accelerate the development of functional and leadership competencies.
You will receive coaching, training, and development opportunities such as leadership programs, technical training, industry site experience, and exposure to leading-edge technologies
You will demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork, and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and future leader aspirations.
You will exhibit a passion for delivering excellent customer service, be willing and able to travel or relocate as required.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Recent university graduates in relevant fields with good grades (CGPA 3.5 above or 80% above is the proposed benchmark for Countries).
Internationally minded, social and intercultural competency.
Mature balanced personality. Team players who are flexible and open for new ideas.
Leadership skills as well as strategic and entrepreneurial competence. Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest and realistic career/life goals.
Open to learn from foreign cultures and willing to gain experiences in other countries and changing environments.
Good communicators with persistency and drive. Excellent language skills (fluently in Thai and English, additional languages welcome).
