About the role
We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design and engineering projects in Cincinnati, Ohio.
What you'll do
- Lead electrical engineering design and analysis
- Manage projects from concept to completion
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Collaborate with mechanical, civil and project teams
- Review and approve technical deliverables
What we're looking for
Essential
- 8+ years of electrical engineering experience
- PE licence preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- Leadership and project management skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio
Nice to have
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- AutoCAD/Revit proficiency
