Responsibilities;
• Code and APC backup/restore
• Support for customer service support organization
• Supporting trouble shooting at customer side
• Trouble shooting as remote support
• Monitoring the Automation Service email inbox
• Creating and delegating automation service tickets
• Maintaining and operating the automation test equipment in the office
• Traveling time 40 – 50 %
Administrative:
• Handle all Microsoft standard applications (Word, Excel, PP, Visio, etc.)
• Allen Bradley ControlLogix
• Allen Bradley factory Talk
• Siemens S7 / TIA
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year working with Allen Bradley or Siemens tools in a professional or academic environment
• Hold an Associate’s degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering or related field
