🔧 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Jr. Electrical Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical design and engineering to support project delivery from concept through execution. You will work closely with the engineering team to prepare and review electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and documentation for industrial utility systems such as water/wastewater treatment and related EPC projects.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical system designs and layouts including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), wiring schematics, cable sizing, and electrical calculations.
• Draft and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Support the creation of technical specifications, bills of materials (BOM), and design documentation.
• Assist senior engineers in developing electrical design deliverables that meet technical and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, civil, procurement) for integrated project execution.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from project leads and clients.
• Provide support during procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety norms and design procedures.
• Help with site visits and basic troubleshooting under supervision when required.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical design, drafting, or engineering support.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Electrical); experience with ETAP/other design software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of power systems, load calculations, panel design, and electrical equipment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

💡 Preferred Skills

• Exposure to EPC projects related to water treatment, utilities, or similar fields.
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes and standards.
• Ability to assist in creating accurate BOMs and technical reports.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
