Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Circuit (IC) Electrical Mixed Signal Design Engineer to lead and support the design, development, and validation of analog-digital mixed signal circuits in electro-mechanical medical devices. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of full IC system design, a strong background in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, and hands-on experience working in FDA-regulated or medical device environments.

Responsibilities
• Lead R&D for electro-mechanical medical devices including feasibility analysis, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Design and analyze mixed-signal analog-digital circuits, including amplifiers, level shifters, bandgap references, and instrumentation amplifiers.
• Perform full IC system design including considerations for noise, kelvin wiring, guard banding, ESD protection, and parasitic extraction.
• Generate and verify full-chip layouts using tools such as ORCAD, Mentor Graphics PADS, Siemens Tanner Tools, and Calibre.
• Drive first-silicon evaluation, bench testing, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and submit GDSII files for fabrication and perform DRC/LVS verification.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with quality systems and FDA/IVD regulatory requirements.
• Support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of engineering and quality processes.
