What you’ll tackle
• Own the project lifecycle: Define scope, budget, and timeline for small‑ to mid‑scale capital projects, then deliver them with precision and clear status updates to senior leadership.
• Keep reliability rock‑solid: Troubleshoot recurring process control & instrumentation (PCT) issues, uncover root causes, and drive long‑term solutions.
• Champion safety & compliance: Apply PSM best practices—MOC, HAZOP—and ensure NEC, OSHA, UL, and ISA standards are never in doubt.
• Optimize every asset: Design preventive & predictive maintenance programs, oversee SIS loop testing, calibrations, grounding checks, and more.
• Lead with influence: Guide contractors, support the Maintenance Superintendent & Planner, and collaborate across disciplines to hit collective targets.
What you bring
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years in a high‑tempo manufacturing setting, with proven PCT and instrumentation know‑how.
• Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), particularly Delta-V, including basic programming or configuration skills.
• Strong project‑management chops—you juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Agile, solution‑oriented mindset (aggressive in solving problems, flexible in approach).
• Confident communicator and natural team player who thrives under pressure.
• Bonus points for SAP savvy and hands‑on experience steering capital projects from concept to commissioning.
