Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Industrial Facilities
Location: Roanoke, VA U.S. (Multiple Locations)
Travel Requirement: Up to 25%

Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and certified Electrical Engineer to support and enhance the power systems across our industrial facilities in the United States. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of electrical infrastructure, including wiring, protection circuits, and power distribution systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in industrial wiring and protection coordination, and is comfortable managing vendor relationships and conducting field inspections.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, assess, and maintain electrical power distribution systems to ensure consistent and reliable power supply across multiple U.S. facilities.
• Perform periodic inspections and conduct system protection and coordination drills to verify functionality and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Manage and optimize spare parts inventory for key electrical components including transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, and switchgear.
• Design and supervise rewiring or upgrade projects in existing industrial buildings.
• Coordinate and oversee work performed by electrical contractors and maintenance vendors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Analyze electrical load, fault currents, and protection device settings to optimize system performance.
• Provide technical leadership on electrical design reviews and safety audits.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Support capital projects involving power system modifications, expansions, or new facility integration.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• PE (Professional Engineer) certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on industrial wiring, protection circuits, and system reliability.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE standards, and local electrical codes.
• Experience with power system modeling and coordination software (e.g., ETAP, SKM Power Tools) is a plus.
• Familiarity with managing large-scale electrical maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to U.S. locations for inspections, audits, and project oversight.

• Office-based with regular field visits to industrial facilities.
• Travel required for site assessments, vendor coordination, and compliance checks.
