We are seeking an experienced IC Electrical Mixed Signal Design Engineer to support the R&D of electro-mechanical medical devices. The role involves designing and analyzing mixed-signal analog-digital circuits, leading cross-functional engineering efforts, and contributing to the development and manufacturing of complex instrument subassemblies and systems. This position demands deep technical expertise, hands-on experience with IC design tools, and the ability to thrive in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, analyze, and verify mixed-signal analog-digital circuits for medical devices
• Lead feasibility studies, prototype development, and cross-functional collaboration
• Perform full IC system design including amplifier, bandgap, digital, and ESD cell design
• Oversee GDSII generation, DRC/LVS verification, and parasitic extraction for fabrication
• Evaluate first silicon and perform bench testing
• Ensure compliance with FDA and IVD medical device regulations and standards
• Use PCB CAD tools (e.g., ORCAD, PSpice, Siemens Tanner) for layout and simulation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years’ progressive experience in mixed-signal IC design, preferably in medical devices
• Expertise with Tanner, Mentor/Siemens design tools, and Calibre
• Familiarity with X-FAB 350nm (XH035) and 180nm (XH018) process is a plus
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
