Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Electronic Product Architecture
Schematic Design of complex circuits including:
High Speed ADCs and DACs (100MHz β 5GHz and beyond), LVDS and JESD204
Ultra-low jitter and phase noise clocks
RF
Switching and Linear Power Supplies
FPGAs, PLDs, and PPCs
Multi Gigabit High Speed Serial links
High Speed Memory interfaces including DRAM and SRAM
Form factors including PCIe, VME, VXS, Blade, OpenVPX, XMC and PMC
Prototype and test new designs in the laboratory
Operate in a team environment to develop COTS solutions designed with the end user in mind
Generate documentation to enable our Software Team to produce software to enable and test your designβs hardware functionality
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
U.S. Citizenship
Availability to work two consecutive terms (Summer/Fall or Spring/Summer)
In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the hourly rate for this role is $24/hr to $31/hr; however, Annapolis Micro Systems considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
