Must Have's:
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Minimum eight years’ experience leading and delivering production-quality firmware on SerDes/IO/PHY products
• Strong technical foundation and experience with analog, DSP, and controller products
• Proven track record leading small teams in a startup-like environment to successful delivery of products into production
• Full understanding of established and emerging design methodologies and flows
• Knowledge of DRAM Controllers, DRAM PHYs, HBM Memory is a plus
