In this role, you will play a critical part in the testing, troubleshooting, validation, and commissioning of high-tech machine controls, robotics, and industrial automation systems both on-site and at customer locations worldwide.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the testing, troubleshooting, validation, and commissioning of high-tech machine controls, robotics, and industrial automation systems both on-site and at customer locations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of machine control systems and industrial equipment locally, nationally, and internationally.
- Set up in-house system software, industrial PCs, and generate software/code for PLCs, Robot AS (RaaS), and Kepware systems.
- Assist in developing, testing, and modifying robotic and PLC software to enhance system performance and control reliability.
- Conduct systematic root-cause analysis, system diagnostics, fault finding, and remote customer support.
- Modify electrical and mechanical engineering drawings to reflect build updates; draft detailed technical documentation, test plans, and training modules.
- Deliver hands-on system servicing, inspections, and formal training to customer operational teams.
- Ensure all commissioning and testing align with workplace risk assessments and standard health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Associate Degree with 2+ years of hands-on electrical controls experience.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and modify mechanical and electrical schematics and engineering blueprints.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building, wiring, and testing electrical and mechanical automated equipment.
- Solid familiarity with PLC programming and control architectures for machine control and robotics.
- Experience with Robot AS (RaaS) cloud integration and Kepware drivers/OPC communications.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a valid U.S. Passport (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
