The Opportunity

As an Electronics Engineer at Easee, you will play an important role in shaping the next generation of EV charging products while ensuring the continued excellence of our existing portfolio.

You will join a highly skilled and collaborative Electronics team where innovation, quality, and practical engineering go hand in hand. The role combines electronics design, hands-on laboratory work, and close collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the entire product lifecycle – from concept development and prototyping to industrialization, production support, and continuous improvement.

If you are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by creating reliable and scalable electronic products, we would love to hear from you.

What you will do

You will design, develop, and maintain electronic systems and PCB assemblies for both new and existing Easee products.

A key part of the role will be hands-on work in the lab, where you will build, test, troubleshoot, and validate hardware prototypes and production-ready solutions.

You will contribute to concept development, feasibility studies, and R&D activities, while collaborating closely with colleagues across mechanics, embedded software, production, quality, compliance, sourcing, and product management to deliver robust and integrated solutions.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits and PCB assemblies

  • Create schematics, PCB layouts, technical specifications, and design documentation using modern development tools

  • Perform hardware bring-up, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

  • Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities

  • Evaluate designs with respect to manufacturability, cost, scalability, and compliance

  • Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement of existing products

  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to manage component availability, obsolescence, and manufacturing challenges

  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, EMC/EMI, and industry standards

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools
