We are seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to lead EMI/EMC design initiatives for our cutting-edge products. This role requires expertise in evaluating high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs for EMI/EMC compliance, as well as knowledge of EMC simulation tools and EMI/EMC test equipment.
Main Responsibilities
• Evaluate and optimize EMI/EMC compliant designs
• Predict and analyze electromagnetic performance of electronic systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate EMI/EMC considerations into product design
• Implement design verification and qualification activities to ensure product maturity
• Apply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies
• Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews to ensure EMI/EMC compliance
• Test and assess electromagnetic emissions and susceptibility performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve EMI/EMC performance issues throughout the product lifecycle

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in designing hardware products for EMI/EMC compliance
• Expertise in EMI/EMC test equipment and techniques
• Understanding of PCB layout techniques and manufacturing requirements
• Mathematical skills to drive EMI/EMC simulation tools
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices
• Familiarity with standard interfaces and devices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
